Buona impressione al check in, non avevamo prenotato, ragazzo smart ad assisterci. Entriamo nella stanza e percepiamo odore di chiuso. Puo’ succedere… arieggiamo la stanza (priva di zanzariere), togliamo i copri letti un po’ datati, la situazione migliora. L’aria condizionata emette un rumore simile al rullaggio di un aereo, rinfreschiamo l’ambiente qualche minuto e spegniamo. Può succedere. Nella doccia manca bagnoschiuma, lo segnaliamo ma ci viene portato shampoo.. fin qui piccole cose, puo’ succedere. La mattina verso le 8,30 veniamo assaliti da un odore insopportabile di vernice, cosi intenso (e nocivo) da rendere impossibile il permanere nella stanza, usciamo subito. Chiamiamo la reception che manda due persone a constatare il problema. Andiamo a fare colazione (buona) mentre il personale tenta la chiusura di un bocchettone d’aria collegato con locali adiacenti dove stavano verniciando. Al ritorno l’odore era se possibile ancora più intenso. Chiamiamo nuovamente la reception che però non si attiva. Al mio terzo sollecito e su mia richiesta mi viene almeno consentito l’utilizzo del bagno in altra stanza. Non una parola di scuse e totale incapacita’ di gestire la situazione, con noi a rincorrere il personale indifferente. Ritornare al Marine Waterfront? Non può succedere

Viajamos en familia y tuvimos una experiencia excelente. El hotel es muy bonito, con instalaciones impecables y un ambiente muy agradable. La atención fue buenísima desde que llegamos; todo el personal fue muy amable y atento. Mi hijo disfrutó especialmente la alberca, pasó horas ahí divirtiéndose y nosotros pudimos relajarnos con total tranquilidad. Definitivamente volveríamos. ¡Muy recomendable!

Es imposible que ese hotel mejore. A la gente que se hospeda no creo que le importe el mantenimiento. Comenzamos con una suite o al menos asi le llaman No existe una comoda abajo de la tv Para prender y apagar el aire acondicionado ha que levantarse de la cama caminar a la salita (4m) subirse a in sillón y apagarlo ya que el control se encuentra colocado a 1.80 mts de altura Cuando decido quedarme una noche, el personal de recepción dice que no hay lugar en el mismo cuarto, asi que debo de hacer check out 11:00 am y regresar a las 3:00 pm o ma brillante la atencion Hablemos del restaurante 40 minutos para un sandwich Decidan si se hospedan aqui

La atención de los recepcionistas fué pésima, Alan y Zazil fueron sumamente ineptos y groseros. Cometieron un error con las reservaciones y querían cobrar una noche más que ya estaba cubierta se negaron a darnos acceso a la habitación para llevarnos nuestras pertenencias, al final decidimos irnos antes y aún asi no querían darnos acceso. Estuvimos más de 30 minutos pidiendo hablar con alguien que si pudiera resolver la situación.

El Jacuzzi con hongos- totalmente falta de higiene, restaurante con moscas, no recomiendo el hotel, la alberta tambien requeria mantenimiento, el precio del hotel bastante alto para lo que ofrece- Solo recomiendo la vista de la Marina, la cual es hermosa.
